Monogrammed Jewelry

Monogrammed jewelry has a cosmopolitan quality to it that is catching. You get up, fasten a monogrammed piece of jewelry and go! Others see it on you and suddenly want it.

Monogrammed jewelry should never be perceived as a symbol of status, but rather an identity to a special designer or artist.

Whether on the tough streets of New York, or the elegant streets of Paris, monogrammed jewelry will feel just right.

Glamorous Jewelry

As I fasten a cool crisp necklace around my neck, I feel glamorous. Texture, movement, and finish in a piece of jewelry can render desire and appeal.

Jewelry highlights my look with shining details. Diamonds and pearls add sparkle and luster to metals in the most glamorous way. Gemstones captivate with their variety of colors and shapes.

Glamour is not merely a state of mind, it is a sense of personal style that makes a lasting impression. Jewelry is intimate and it gives me a moment to enjoy how others respond to what I am wearing.

How do I look? Glamorous. Polished. Confident.

Stylish Brooches

Brooches can be worn in various ways and add stylish appeal to your wardrobe. From a lapel to a skirt, brooches are an embellishment that creates dialogue. Brooches are also a great alternative to wearing body jewelry if you prefer not having any elements touching your skin.

When I am wearing a simple article of clothing, pinning a brooch transforms my outfit, as well as my disposition. Instantly I feel more polished and complete.

Whether formal or casual, brooches are a sensational way to express your style.

Blue and White

I have always been charmed by blue and white porcelain and ceramics from my early travels to Europe. Jewelry can emulate this elegant design. From necklaces and bracelets to earrings and rings, blue and white jewelry connects me to many different places and cultures around the world.

It is refreshing to see this classic design incorporated into modern pieces of jewelry and is especially welcoming for spring. The prints and shapes of blue and white jewelry can take very simple attire and elevate it to something unique.

Springtime Jewelry

Spring is in the air! It is the perfect time to go outside and enjoy all of the natural wonders of this lovely season.
When I imagine springtime jewelry, botanicals, butterflies, and ladybugs come to mind.

Springtime jewelry is a stylish way to express one’s love of spring. Roses are elegant and timeless, while daisies are cheerful and exude youth. Butterflies and ladybugs are beautiful natural creatures that give springtime its sweetness and charm.

Whether I am strolling outside on a sunny spring day or choose to remain indoors, springtime jewelry never fails to brighten my spirits in a way that no other season can mirror.

Jewelry Inspired By Our Solar System

Jewelry inspired by our solar system takes us far away to a place of tranquility. Our planets, stars, moon and sun can be interpreted through engaging jewelry designs in the most solar-friendly manner.

I sometimes contemplate what it would be like to walk on the moon or get a very close look. Wearing jewelry that is inspired by our solar system feeds my imagination without stepping foot into a planetarium.

Our solar system is a true miracle. Why not wear jewelry to celebrate it?

Ancient Inspired Jewelry

Ancient inspired jewelry bridges us to prehistoric times with unique pieces that women can wear and feel like ancient royalty. Carnelian, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Turquoise, and Black Onyx are a few of the colored stones that were frequently incorporated into ancient jewelry designs. I am partial to Carnelian due to its deep warm color.

Collecting ancient inspired jewelry can be akin to collecting ancient art that is wearable. Consider Cleopatra and the sensual jewelry that she wore. Do you think that women can wear similar jewelry pieces of ancient times and look fabulous?

Jewelry Inspired by Architecture

Jewelry inspired by architecture articulates the accuracy in mathematical patterns, symmetry, and proportion. It embraces mathematical design in a personal way and allows one to wear it with relish. Each design offers a different element.

My love of architecture led me to research jewelry that would be both interesting and wearable. Wow! I was blown away by the various shapes and angles and how they related to the space within each piece of jewelry. Some pieces are fluid and graceful, and others more solid and resilient.

I believe that architecture in general creates placement and harmony in our busy chaotic world.

Crystal Jewelry

Crystals are a marvelous alternative to diamonds and gemstones. They are bright and shiny and tantalizing! Crystal jewelry creates pizzaz to any outfit, while maintaining a moderate budget.

The sparkle in crystals create a dramatic effect almost instantaneously. White crystals appear pure and polished and colored crystals add a beautiful glow.

I have fond memories of my mother’s delightful costume jewelry collection, which included crystals. She wore her collection frequently and each piece that she chose to wear was based on her outfit and her mood.

I am gradually creating a crystal costume jewelry collection of my own that will make me glow just as it did for my mother.

Art Deco Inspired Jewelry

Art Deco was an exciting era for art and design that spanned the nineteen twenties and thirties. Art Deco design applauded modernity and freedom. Many pieces incorporated the repetition of geometric shapes, which was a quintessential characteristic of that design period.

Platinum, white gold, and silver were metals that were frequently used in producing Art Deco jewelry. The montage of diamonds and gemstones and their interesting cuts were set to perfection. I find the exactness of geometry in Art Deco jewelry pleasing and I consider this design to be timeless.

Researching Art Deco inspired jewelry has opened my eyes to jewelry designs of the past, as well as the present, as our world continues to evolve.
